Anti-stick paper
Anti-stick paper and anti-mucous membrane, also known as isolation paper and isolation film or release paper and release film, can also be called silicone oil paper and silicone oil film, is an important material in the production of pressure sensitive adhesive products, but also the food industry's greaseproof paper, baking paper, industrial moisture-proof paper, moisture-proof film.
Pressure sensitive adhesive products such as pressure sensitive adhesive labels, adhesive paper, double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape, adhesive wallpaper and other adhesive sheets are composed of pressure sensitive adhesive, east substrate and anti-adhesive paper or anti-mucous membrane. The main role of anti-stick paper and anti-mucous membrane in these pressure-sensitive adhesive products is to protect the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer coated on the substrate to prevent it from being contaminated or sticking to other items or losing its value after the adhesive layer sticks to each other.
Therefore, it can be said that without anti-stick paper (film), these pressure-sensitive adhesive products would not be possible to produce and develop. In addition, in the production of Xujin pressure-sensitive adhesive products, the transfer coating process must be used, the adhesive is first coated on the anti-stick paper, after drying, and then combined with the base material and transferred to the base material. At this time, anti-stick paper is also an indispensable material.
The appropriate anti-stick agent (organic silicone oil) is coated on a variety of paper or plastic film substrate, and the anti-stick paper or anti-mucous membrane can be obtained after curing. The anti-stick paper or anti-mucous membrane thus prepared is generally stored and supplied in large rolls of products. If both sides of the substrate are coated with anti-stick agent (organic silicone oil), double-sided anti-stick paper or anti-mucous membrane can be prepared, which is mainly used in the production of double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape.
Substrate for anti-stick paper (film)
This substrate is mainly paper and plastic film two categories, the products are called anti-stick paper and anti-mucous membrane. The substrates commonly used in industry are as follows.
Polyethylene (PE) coated paper
The surface of general kraft paper, coated paper and tissue paper is porous and poor flatness, and when the anti-stick agent solution or emulsion is directly coated, the anti-stick agent (organic silicone oil) will penetrate into the paper, and it is not easy to get a uniform thickness coating. Therefore, before coating the anti-stick agent, it is generally necessary to hot melt a layer of polyethylene coating on the surface of these paper substrates, and the thickness of the polyethylene coating is generally several microns to about 10 microns. In this way, the surface of the polyethylene coated paper is smooth and bright, the permeability is small, and the water resistance is also improved. Then, when the anti-stick agent (silicone oil) solution is applied on the polyethylene coating surface, it is easy to obtain a thin and uniform anti-stick coating. However, the coating of PE also brings the disadvantage of reduced heat resistance. At present, most of the anti-stick paper produced in China's industry uses this kind of paper substrate.
Super calendering density paper
Due to the special calendering treatment of this kind of paper, the density is high, the surface is flat and bright, not only maintains the advantages of good heat resistance of the paper, but also the water resistance has been improved, and it is not easy to cause changes in size after moisture, so it is a more ideal anti-stick paper substrate. The disadvantage is the high price.
Polyester, polypropylene or polyethylene film composite paper
After coating a layer of polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) film with adhesive on various papers, the water resistance of the paper can be improved, the surface of the paper is smooth and bright, and the size is not easy to change after moisture, while still maintaining the advantages of good creep resistance of the paper. However, after coating the plastic film, the heat resistance of the paper is reduced, especially when using PE film.
Polyester (PET), biaxial polypropylene (BOPP) and polyethylene (PE) and other plastic films
Using this kind of plastic film as the substrate of anti-mucous membrane has a transparent, smooth and bright surface.
Good water resistance, the size is not easy to change after moisture, but it also has the disadvantages of poor heat resistance and creep resistance, especially PE film. The heat resistance and creep resistance of PET film are better, because PET film is often used to make the most transparent anti-mucous membrane substrate.
Anti-stick agent for anti-stick paper (film)
Anti-stick agent (organic silicone oil) is the most important material in the production of anti-stick paper (film). Since most of the pressure-sensitive adhesive products using anti-stick paper (film) are not tape but sheet, that is, the anti-stick area is larger, which requires that the anti-stick paper (film) has a better anti-stick effect than the north side of the adhesive tape, so as to certify that the removal of the larger anti-stick paper (film) does not have to use too much peeling force. It is for this reason that silicone anti-stick agent has become the most suitable and almost the best anti-stick agent in the production of anti-stick paper (film) at present.
Quality of anti-stick paper (film)
The quality of the anti-stick paper (film) mainly depends on the quality of their silicone anti-stick coating, especially the uniformity of the coating and the cross-linked curing state. If the cross-linking curing of the coating is not complete, part of the low molecular weight silicone coating will be transferred to the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, polluting the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, and the pressure sensitive adhesion of the pressure sensitive adhesive product will be reduced. The thickness of the coating is not uniform, which will make the anti-stick stripping value of the anti-stick paper (film) unstable.
