Optical Grade（OCA）Release Film

OCA optical adhesive is one of the important raw materials for touch screens. The optical acrylic adhesive is made into a substrate free material, and then a release film is attached to the upper and lower layers respectively. It is a double-sided adhesive tape without a substrate material.

Upper and lower release membranes (commonly referred to as light release membranes and heavy release membranes)

Due to the use of optical adhesive, both the upper and lower layers of release films are matched with optical grade release films, which have much higher transmittance than ordinary release films. In terms of the thickness of the upper and lower optical level release films, the general thickness of the upper release film (light release film) is 50um and 75um, while the lower release film (heavy release film) has several different thicknesses, such as 75um and 100um.

Optical colloid

Its main material is optical acrylic adhesive (or acrylic optical adhesive), which has different thicknesses due to different applications, such as 75um, 100um, 125um, 150um, 175um, 200um, 250um, etc.
